Petra did a 50 foot

Scenario 1: Paul and I only had the courage to jump off a 15 foot cliff, while Petra leaped off a 50 foot cliff with supreme grace and style.

Scenario 2: Paul and I courageously vaulted off a 25 foot precipice, while Petra, due to some suicidal/existential tendencies foolishly decided to take a step into 40 feet of thin air. Paul and I also had great moral courage to resist Petra's urgings that we should follow her example.

NOTE: Any discrepancies in the relative numbers of the scenarios is purely coincendental.
