Simple , Good




I like bread with peanut butter and a glass of cold soy-milk for supper.

Simple things can taste so good.

Wouldn't it be neat to have a recipe-book which was full of simple, nutritious, combinations? A book which derived taste from the quality of an idea, and not from the quantity of ingredients?

Here are a few to add to your cookbook:

grahm crackers dipped in soymilk
strawberries dipped in chocolate
rice and beans
avocados and bread

here are some solos:
corn on the cob
peaches

ummm.. more to come

Yes!

I like the solo idea. Maybe the cookbook could suggest ways to prepare and enjoy some really delicious solos.
