Deadly Normal

Well, he hopped out of bed,
"bad dream, hurt the head"
sat there with his bread,
and milk on his spoon.

Said "bye, off to work"
Said "clock'll never shirk"
Said "boss on the lurk"
and stuff on the desk.

Busy day, busy day,
No lunch, i'm so tired way,
All so tired, so to say,
and well... he's just tired.

Felt so cold out of bed,
Some ache, hurt the head,
"Just normal" when he said,
and stopped... he's gone. dead.

P.S. To answer doubts: I'm feeling extraordinary! I hope you don't interpolate from poems to poets like I do.

EKG shows a normal sinus rhythm of about 75 beats per minute with no S-T changes to indicate ischemia no extrasystoles or dysrhythmias are noted so I suspect the author's heart is quite alright and might be a bit excited as an ultra marathoner's heart should normally beat in the 40's to 50's

doubtful to be PEA as it is difficult to post a blog while in PEA
